About the role

NutriSumaq is seeking a General Accountant to lead and supervise the organization’s accounting, tax, and foreign‑trade functions. The role ensures compliance with current legal regulations while optimizing financial processes within an agro‑industrial environment.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze monthly and annual financial statements.
• Manage comprehensive tax obligations and guarantee timely fiscal compliance.
• Oversee accounting processes related to foreign‑trade operations.
• Administer payroll, social‑security contributions, and labor‑law compliance.
• Conduct internal audits and implement financial controls to ensure transparency.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Public Accounting, Auditing or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a responsible accounting position, preferably in the agro‑industrial sector.
• Strong knowledge of tax, labor and foreign‑trade regulations.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to analyze financial statements in depth.
• Experience handling foreign‑trade accounting processes.
