Consumer Electronics Strategy Leader

About the role

As a Consumer Electronics Strategy Leader at 3M, you will collaborate with innovative teams worldwide to shape the company’s go‑to‑market approach for consumer electronics. You will leverage deep industry knowledge and market research to drive growth and influence strategic decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and own the strategic plan, including market and competitive intelligence, TAM/SAM analysis, and growth vectors.
• Create and present quarterly executive updates, board presentations, and operating plans.
• Define success measures, investment milestones, and tracking processes for organic, partner, and inorganic initiatives.
• Partner with vertical alliances and marketing teams to prioritize external engagements and industry events.
• Lead global go‑to‑market strategy, resource allocation, and ecosystem partnership priorities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (required) and at least five years of experience in strategy, marketing, business operations, or business development.
• Minimum five years of consumer electronics industry experience, preferably within the electronics supply chain or OEM environment.
• Ability to work onsite at the 3M Center in Austin, TX, with up to 10% travel.
