Consultant – Value and Evidence Advisory (Pharma)

About the role

Red Nucleus is seeking a Consultant to join its Value and Evidence Advisory team, supporting pharmaceutical clients with pricing, reimbursement, market access and commercialization strategies across global markets. The position is based onsite in Yardley, PA (with opportunities in Boston and San Francisco) and offers a collaborative environment where research, data analysis and evidence‑based recommendations drive client success.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct secondary research on pricing, reimbursement, health‑policy and therapeutic landscapes, synthesising qualitative and quantitative data into actionable insights.
• Lead or support project workstreams, develop plans, timelines and deliverables, and ensure high‑quality, client‑ready outputs.
• Design and execute primary research activities such as stakeholder interviews, surveys and advisory boards.
• Engage with clients to present analyses, recommendations and build trusted relationships.
• Collaborate with analysts and cross‑functional teams, coach junior members and contribute to business development initiatives.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of trends in healthcare, market access, pricing and commercialization.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business, Economics, Public Health, Health Policy, Pharmacy or a related field (advanced degree valued).
• Strong analytical and structured problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high‑quality work under tight deadlines.
• Collaborative mindset with emerging leadership and coaching capabilities.
• Interest in pharmaceutical/biotech pricing, market access and commercialization strategy.
