About the role

The Superintendent role is a full‑time, on‑site position responsible for overseeing daily construction activities. Based in the Houston area, the Superintendent ensures projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key responsibilities

  • Supervise site operations and coordinate activities of subcontractors and suppliers.
  • Enforce safety protocols and manage site‑related challenges.
  • Monitor project schedules, budgets, and quality control measures.
  • Address risk management issues and maintain overall site productivity.

Required profile

  • Proven experience in site supervision, quality control, and safety protocol enforcement.
  • Strong problem‑solving and team coordination abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced on‑site environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred; relevant certifications such as OSHA are a plus.
