Construction Superintendent

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Construction Superintendent to lead daily field operations in the Southern California area. The role demands strong organization, communication, and administrative abilities, as well as a passion for safety and project success.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily onsite activities and ensure subcontractor work is performed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with plans, specifications, and schedules.
• Direct subcontractor workflows, coordinate inspections with jurisdictional authorities, and enforce safety protocols through regular meetings.
• Monitor material quality, verify installation methods, and maintain detailed daily logs.
• Support the Project Manager with cost tracking, extra‑work requests, submittal reviews, and close‑out documentation.
• Coordinate owner‑provided vendors and equipment, lead punch‑list completion, and secure final inspections and occupancy certifications.
