Construction Superintendent

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Construction Superintendent to join a tight‑knit, high‑performing team in Austin. This role goes beyond schedule management – it is for a builder who loves creating high‑quality commercial spaces and wants to work alongside passionate colleagues.

Key responsibilities

• Lead all on‑site construction activities from pre‑construction through close‑out.
• Coordinate subcontractors, schedules, and site logistics to ensure timely delivery.
• Collaborate with ownership and internal teams during early project phases, including negotiated work.
• Maintain quality control and enforce safety standards on the job site.
• Drive schedule performance and proactively resolve field issues.
• Represent the company professionally during client interactions and jobsite meetings.

Required profile

• 10+ years of commercial construction experience.
• Proven lead Superintendent experience on projects ranging from $2M to $10M.
• Strong background in interior and/or ground‑up commercial projects.
• Comfortable with early‑stage planning and client‑facing interactions.
• Procore experience preferred.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Genuine passion for building and pride in craftsmanship.

Required skills

• Procore construction management software.

What we offer

• Base salary $120,000 – $140,000 per year.
• Performance bonus 3–10%.
• Mid‑year raises and promotion opportunities.
• Vehicle allowance $550/month and phone allowance $80/month.
