About the role
Unlock your sales potential with Home Genius Exteriors! This full-time, W-2 sales role eliminates cold calling, as 90% of the work is prepared before you meet the customer. Join the fast-growing Pittsburgh, PA branch and help drive its $40M target.
Key responsibilities
- Meet with 2–3 pre-qualified customers daily.
- Deliver engaging, in-home sales presentations.
- Grow quickly through elite training and mentorship, with promotion from within.
- Contribute to a supportive, team-first environment.
Required profile
- Confident communicator and natural relationship-builder.
- Driven to succeed and advance within the company.
- Proven sales experience with a track record of results.
What we offer
- Base earnings of $100,000–$300,000+ per year with a 70% advance and uncapped commissions.
- Weekly pay every Friday.
