About the role
Creature is a vertically integrated Design‑Manufacture‑Construct company seeking a Construction Project Manager to lead the full lifecycle of project delivery. The role focuses on safety, quality, schedule, and financial performance while aligning design, pre‑construction, and field teams.
Key responsibilities
- Lead projects from pre‑construction through closeout, owning schedule, scope, and execution.
- Manage project gross margin, forecasting, cost tracking, and billing.
- Develop master schedules, drive procurement, coordinate subcontractors, and mitigate risks.
- Serve as primary contact for clients, architects, and internal teams, ensuring clear communication.
- Mentor team members, support field operations, and contribute to continuous improvement.
Required profile
- 5+ years of project management experience in construction or design‑build environments.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving abilities.
- Ownership over coordination, focusing on outcomes rather than tasks.
- Compelling conscientiousness and mastery of communication.
- Accountability and reliability in delivering promised results.
