Construction Permit Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a Construction Permit Specialist with 2‑3 years of experience to support our growing pipeline of residential projects across California. You will work closely with the Head of Operations, assisting in all phases of the permitting process and ensuring timely approvals.

Key responsibilities

• Manage subdivision projects and prepare entitlement applications.
• Submit permits online, track comments, and coordinate responses with design teams.
• Handle utility applications and follow up with municipal agencies.
• Prioritize daily tasks, adapt to shifting priorities, and keep project files organized.
• Communicate regularly with city officials, consultants, and internal stakeholders to move permits forward efficiently.

Required profile

• 2‑3+ years in project management, entitlements, architecture, engineering, or construction.
• Experience with residential construction permitting in the United States, preferably California.
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive, task‑oriented mindset.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
