Construction Management Internship

About the role

The Construction Management Internship provides hands‑on exposure to both office and field aspects of construction projects. Interns support project management and field supervision teams while learning core processes under senior guidance. This paid summer role is designed for students pursuing construction‑related degrees.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with RFIs, submittals, meeting minutes, and daily field reports, including punch lists and material/equipment tracking.
• Shadow project meetings, jobsite walks, and subcontractor coordination.
• Gain exposure to scheduling, budgeting, procurement, and site logistics.
• Support HSE and quality compliance efforts on assigned projects.
• Attend career‑fair‑connected activities and association events such as ABC, NAIOP, and ULI when possible.

Required profile

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• No prior experience required; coursework or previous internship exposure is a plus.
• Comfortable working both in the office and on active jobsites.
• Strong communication skills and eagerness to learn.
