Concrete Superintendent

About the role

We are a fourth‑generation, privately held general contractor seeking an experienced Concrete Superintendent to lead our self‑perform concrete projects. The role involves overseeing field operations, managing crews, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate field teams across multiple concrete projects.
• Plan site logistics, manpower, and material/equipment needs.
• Manage scheduling, time tracking, and cost control.
• Ensure safety compliance and maintain documentation.
• Supervise trades, subcontractors, and collaborate with project management.
• Promote a culture of safety and accountability on‑site.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of construction experience with a focus on concrete operations.
• At least 3 years as a Lead Superintendent.
• Associate degree or equivalent experience in construction management or related field.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities.
