About the role
The Concession Runner works with cashiers and kitchen staff in concession stands to deliver food and beverage orders from the stand to guests at all games and other events. The position is based at the Xfinity Center in Mansfield and is paid $18.00 per hour.
Key responsibilities
- Assist cashiers in completing customers' orders
- Clean and maintain concession areas
- Help stock and unstock the stand at the beginning and end of the night
- Follow job procedures and supervisors' instructions
- Maintain a professional attitude, appearance and cheerful, positive manner
- Show initiative and work with a sense of urgency in a fast-paced environment
Required profile
- Able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays
- Able to work under pressure
- Effective interpersonal and oral communication skills; team player
- Must be 18 years or older
- Food Safety Certification is a plus
