About the role
The Concession Runner works with cashiers and kitchen staff in concession stands to deliver food and beverage orders from the stand to guests at all games and other events. The role is posted by Legends Global, a hospitality staffing agency, for the venue The Pavilion at Star Lake.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver food and beverage orders from the concession stand to guests during games and other events
- Assist cashiers in completing customers' orders
- Clean and maintain concession areas
- Help stock and unstock the stand at the beginning and end of the night
- Maintain a cheerful, positive manner and a professional attitude and appearance
- Follow job procedures and supervisor's instructions, and practice safe work habits and safety policies
Required profile
- Able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays
- Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Effective interpersonal and oral communication skills; team player
- Must be 18 years or older
- Food Safety Certification is a plus
