Compliance Analyst – Futures Commission Merchant

About the role

Crypto.com is seeking a full‑time Compliance Analyst to join its Compliance team. The analyst will support the Chief Compliance Officer in ensuring the Futures Commission Merchant (FCM) unit meets all regulatory obligations under NFA, CFTC, and the Commodity Exchange Act.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Chief Compliance Officer with governance, policy implementation, and supervisory procedures for the FCM.
• Respond to regulatory examinations, audits, and requests from NFA, CFTC, exchanges, and internal stakeholders.
• Conduct surveillance of order and trading activity to detect potential violations of exchange rules and prohibited trading practices.
• Collaborate with Operations to set up and monitor surveillance system alerts and rules.
• Investigate regulatory issues arising from customer activity and support AML/KYC, sales solicitation, and marketing material reviews.
• Participate in new product and business plan roll‑outs, providing compliance training and solutions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3 years of compliance experience in financial services.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage projects independently in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong multitasking and prioritisation capabilities.
