Community Manager – Wylde (Property Management)

About the role
The Community Manager will oversee the day‑to‑day operations of the Wylde at Eagle Creek property. This position is responsible for leading the on‑site team, managing financial performance, and ensuring compliance with all relevant housing regulations.
Key responsibilities
- Manage daily property operations, including team supervision and resource allocation.
- Provide input on budget development by analyzing financial statements and market data.
- Set rent rates, collect rent and fees, and ensure accurate posting.
- Maintain compliance with Fair Housing, ADA, Fair Credit Reporting Act, and other applicable laws.
- Monitor operational reports to meet targeted revenue and expense goals.
Required profile
- 4‑6 years of experience in property management, sales, marketing, or customer service.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve budgeted financial and operational objectives.
- Strong knowledge of multi‑family housing regulations and best practices.
