Community Manager (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Community Manager to nurture and grow our online communities. You will be the daily voice of the brand, ensuring members feel heard, supported, and engaged across multiple platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day interactions on LinkedIn, Discord, Facebook Groups, forums and other community channels.
• Design and run engagement initiatives such as Q&As, polls, challenges and virtual events.
• Moderate community spaces, enforce guidelines and handle escalations with empathy.
• Collaborate with social media, content and customer success teams to align community activity with brand objectives.
• Track, analyze and report on metrics like engagement rates, member growth and sentiment.
• Gather member feedback, identify trends and share insights with internal stakeholders.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in community management or social media.
• Proven track record building and moderating communities on platforms such as Discord, Reddit or Facebook Groups.
• Strong written communication and interpersonal skills with a genuine passion for community building.
• Ability to manage multiple channels simultaneously while maintaining quality and consistency.

Required skills

• Familiarity with community analytics and social listening tools.
