Community Manager – Regency Park

About the role

The Community Manager oversees daily operations of the Regency Park apartment community, leading staff, managing budgets, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage the property budget, analyze financial statements, and monitor revenue targets.
• Approve vendor invoices, reconcile charges, and oversee petty cash and bank deposits.
• Enforce lease processes, approve applications, conduct inspections, and handle evictions and fee collections.
• Implement marketing and leasing strategies based on market trends to achieve occupancy goals.
• Supervise property staff, conduct hiring, training, and performance evaluations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Management, Real Estate, or related field.
• 4‑6 years of property management, sales, marketing, and customer service experience.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with property management software (Entrata, Yardi, OneSite).
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
• Experience with internet, spreadsheet, and database management tools.
• Valid driver’s license for operating a golf cart on‑site.
