Community Manager – Property Operations

About the role

The Community Manager will oversee the daily operations of an assigned multifamily property in SeaTac. This role is responsible for leading the on‑site team, ensuring financial performance, and maintaining compliance with company policies and housing regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day property operations, including staff supervision and resource allocation.
• Develop and monitor budgets by analyzing financial statements, market data, and operational reports.
• Set rent rates, collect rent and fees, and ensure timely posting of payments.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing, ADA, Fair Credit Reporting Act, and other applicable laws.
• Drive resident satisfaction through effective community engagement and service delivery.
• Collaborate with corporate teams on marketing, leasing, and maintenance initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Management, Real Estate, or a related field.
• 4–6 years of relevant property management or community management experience.
• Strong analytical skills for budgeting and financial performance tracking.
• Knowledge of multifamily housing regulations and best practices.
