Community Manager – Pooler Station

About the role

This role manages the day‑to‑day operations of an assigned property, overseeing team members, daily activities, and resources to meet budgeted financial and operational goals while ensuring compliance with company policies and housing regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and monitor budgets, set rent rates, collect fees, and prepare monthly financial reports.
• Approve vendor invoices, verify insurance certificates, and manage payment coding.
• Oversee lease enforcement, approve applications, conduct inspections, and handle evictions and late fees.
• Analyze market trends and implement marketing and leasing strategies to achieve occupancy targets.
• Supervise property staff, conduct hiring, training, and performance management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Management, Real Estate or related field.
• 4–6 years of property management, sales, marketing, and customer service experience.
• Strong communication, conflict‑resolution, and customer‑service abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with property‑management software (Entrata, Yardi, OneSite).
• Strong skills in internet use, word processing, spreadsheets, and database management.
