Community Manager – Nash Springs

About the role

The Community Manager will oversee day‑to‑day operations of the Nash Springs apartment community, driving financial performance, resident satisfaction, and compliance with all relevant regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage the property budget, set rent rates, collect fees, and produce monthly financial reports.
• Approve vendor invoices, reconcile expenses, and maintain petty‑cash controls.
• Enforce lease terms, process applications, conduct inspections, handle evictions, and collect late fees.
• Analyze market trends to create leasing strategies that meet occupancy and revenue goals.
• Supervise staff hiring, training, performance management, and ensure maintenance standards are met.
• Maintain owner relationships through regular updates, property tours, and responsive communication.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Management, Real Estate, or related field.
• 4–6 years of property‑management, sales, marketing, or customer‑service experience.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong communication, conflict‑resolution, and customer‑service skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with property‑management software (Entrata, Yardi, OneSite).
• Advanced use of internet, word processing, spreadsheet, and database programs.
• Valid driver’s license for operating a golf cart on‑site.
• All state‑required real‑estate licenses and certifications.
