Community Manager – Las Vegas Grand

About the role
The Community Manager will oversee daily operations of the Las Vegas Grand property, leading the on‑site team to meet financial and operational targets while ensuring compliance with all relevant housing regulations.
Key responsibilities
- Manage day‑to‑day property activities, including staffing, resident relations, and resource allocation.
- Develop and monitor budgets, analyze financial statements, and adjust rent rates to achieve revenue goals.
- Ensure timely collection and posting of rent and fees.
- Maintain compliance with Fair Housing, ADA, Fair Credit Reporting Act, and other multi‑family housing regulations.
- Collaborate with marketing and leasing teams to drive occupancy and resident satisfaction.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Management, Real Estate, or a related field.
- 4–6 years of relevant property or community management experience.
- Strong understanding of Fair Housing, ADA, and Fair Credit Reporting regulations.
