Community Manager - Greenwich Place

About the role

The Community Manager will oversee the day‑to‑day operations of the Greenwich Place property, leading the on‑site team to deliver exceptional resident experiences while meeting financial targets. This full‑time, on‑site position reports directly to senior property leadership and ensures compliance with all applicable housing regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily property operations, including staffing, maintenance coordination, and resident services.
• Develop and monitor the property budget, analyzing financial statements and market data to forecast performance.
• Set rent rates, collect rent and fees, and ensure timely posting to accounting systems.
• Ensure compliance with Greystar policies, Fair Housing, ADA, Fair Credit Reporting Act, and other relevant regulations.
• Collaborate with leasing and marketing teams to achieve occupancy and revenue goals.
• Provide leadership, training, and performance feedback to property staff.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Management, Real Estate, or a related field.
• 4–6 years of relevant property or community management experience.
• Strong understanding of multi‑family housing operations and regulatory compliance.
• Proven ability to meet budgeted financial targets and drive revenue growth.
