Community Manager for The Cliffs Lofts

About the role

The Community Manager will oversee daily operations of The Cliffs Lofts, ensuring financial performance, resident satisfaction, and compliance with all relevant regulations. This position reports to senior management and works closely with owners, vendors, and the on‑site maintenance team.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage the property budget, monitor financial statements, and achieve targeted revenue through rent setting, collections, and expense control.
• Approve vendor invoices, verify insurance certificates, and coordinate payments while maintaining accurate coding.
• Oversee lease enforcement, approve applications, conduct inspections, manage evictions, and collect late fees.
• Analyze market trends to create short‑ and long‑term leasing strategies that meet occupancy and revenue goals.
• Respond to resident inquiries and complaints promptly, ensuring high satisfaction and retention.
• Conduct regular property inspections to maintain safety, cleanliness, and aesthetic standards.
• Hire, train, and supervise property staff, managing performance in line with company policies.
• Maintain owner relationships through regular updates, tours, and performance reporting.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Management, Real Estate or related field.
• 4‑6 years of property management, sales, marketing, and customer service experience.
• Strong communication, conflict‑resolution, and customer‑service abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with property management software (Entrata, Yardi, OneSite).
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and general internet, spreadsheet, and database management.
