Community Manager for One Grove Property

About the role

The Community Manager for One Grove will oversee daily operations of the assigned property, leading the on‑site team and ensuring financial and operational targets are met while maintaining compliance with company policies and housing regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in budget development by analyzing financial statements, market data, and operational reports.
• Achieve revenue goals by setting rent rates, collecting rent and fees, processing deposits, and preparing monthly financial reports.
• Approve vendor invoices, verify insurance certificates, code charges correctly, and coordinate with accounting and owners.
• Manage the lease enforcement process, including application approvals, renewals, inspections, notices, evictions, and collection of late fees.
• Monitor market trends and implement short‑ and long‑term marketing and leasing strategies to meet occupancy and revenue objectives.
• Promote resident satisfaction and retention through responsive service and community initiatives.

Required profile

• Experience managing day‑to‑day operations of a multifamily property.
• Strong understanding of budgeting, financial reporting, and rent collection processes.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing, ADA, Fair Credit Reporting Act, and other multifamily housing regulations.
• Ability to oversee vendor relationships, invoice approval, and insurance compliance.
• Proven ability to develop and execute leasing and marketing strategies.
