Community Manager (Floating) – Savannah

About the role

The Community Manager (Floating) oversees daily operations of an assigned multifamily property in Savannah, ensuring financial performance, resident satisfaction, and compliance with company policies and housing regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage the property budget, analyze financial statements, and monitor revenue targets.
• Collect rent, process payments, approve vendor invoices, and oversee petty‑cash and bank deposits.
• Enforce lease terms, approve applications, conduct inspections, handle evictions, and manage late‑fee collections.
• Implement marketing and leasing strategies to achieve occupancy goals and respond to resident inquiries promptly.
• Supervise property staff, conduct hiring, training, performance reviews, and ensure maintenance standards are met.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Management, Real Estate or related field.
• 4‑6 years of property management, sales, marketing, and customer service experience.
• Strong communication, conflict‑resolution, and multitasking abilities in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with property‑management software (Entrata, Yardi, OneSite).
• Experience using Internet, word‑processing, spreadsheet, and database management tools.
• Valid driver’s license for operating a golf cart on‑site.
• Ability to lift up to 20 lb independently and 50 lb with assistance.
