About the role

The Community Manager will oversee daily operations of the Eastie 355 property in East Boston, leading the on‑site team to meet financial and operational targets while ensuring compliance with company policies and housing regulations.

Key responsibilities

Develop and manage the property budget, analyzing financial statements and operational reports.
Set rent rates, oversee rent and fee collection, and ensure timely posting.
Supervise property staff and coordinate daily activities.
Maintain compliance with Fair Housing, ADA, Fair Credit Reporting Act, and other applicable laws.
Monitor marketing performance and occupancy trends to drive revenue.

Required profile

Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Management, Real Estate or related field.
4–6 years of relevant property management experience.

Required skills

Budget analysis and financial reporting.
Knowledge of Fair Housing and related regulations.
