Community Manager – Denver

About the role

The Community Manager will oversee the day‑to‑day operations of an assigned residential property in the Denver area. Reporting to senior management, you will lead the on‑site team, drive financial performance, and ensure compliance with all relevant housing regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily property operations, including leasing, maintenance coordination, and resident services.
• Lead and develop on‑site staff, scheduling work, providing training, and conducting performance reviews.
• Develop and monitor the property budget, analyzing financial statements and market data to forecast performance.
• Set rent rates, collect rent and fees, and ensure timely posting of payments.
• Maintain compliance with Fair Housing, ADA, Fair Credit Reporting Act, and other applicable laws.
• Collaborate with corporate teams on marketing initiatives and resident retention programs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Management, Real Estate, or a related field.
• 4–6 years of relevant property or community management experience.
• Proven ability to meet financial targets and manage operational budgets.
