Community Manager – Cordoba

About the role

The Community Manager is responsible for the day‑to‑day operations of an assigned residential property, leading the on‑site team, managing budgets, and ensuring compliance with company policies and housing regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and monitor property budgets, set rent rates, collect payments, and prepare monthly financial reports.
• Approve vendor invoices, manage petty cash, and ensure proper insurance documentation.
• Oversee lease enforcement, resident applications, renewals, inspections, evictions, and fee collections.
• Analyze market trends and implement leasing strategies to achieve occupancy and revenue goals.
• Maintain resident satisfaction by addressing complaints, service requests, and ensuring timely maintenance.
• Supervise property staff through hiring, training, performance management, and compliance with company standards.
• Maintain owner relationships, provide property performance updates, and conduct property tours.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Management, Real Estate or related field.
• 4‑6 years of property management, sales, marketing, and customer service experience.
• Strong communication, conflict‑resolution and customer‑service abilities.
• Detail‑oriented, self‑motivated and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with property‑management software (Entrata, Yardi, OneSite).
• Advanced skills in Internet research, word processing, spreadsheets and database management.
• Valid driver’s license for operating on‑site vehicles.
