About the role
We are seeking a Community Manager to oversee day‑to‑day operations of a new Greystar property in the Cleveland, OH area. The role will manage the on‑site team, ensure financial performance, and maintain compliance with all housing regulations.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and monitor property budgets, analyze financial statements and market data to forecast performance.
- Set rent rates, collect rents and fees, process bank deposits, and prepare monthly financial reports.
- Approve vendor invoices, verify insurance certificates, code charges to the appropriate Chart of Accounts, and coordinate with accounting.
- Manage lease enforcement: approve applications, renewals, discounts, conduct inspections, issue notices, handle evictions, and collect late fees.
- Monitor market and economic trends impacting the property and adjust strategies accordingly.
Required profile
- Experience in multifamily property management or community management.
- Strong knowledge of Fair Housing, ADA, Fair Credit Reporting Act and related regulations.
- Proven ability to manage budgets, vendor relationships, and on‑site staff.
