Community Manager - Citizen House Decker

About the role

The Community Manager for Citizen House Decker will oversee the daily operations of this multifamily property in Austin, Texas. Reporting to senior management, you will lead the on‑site team, ensure resident satisfaction, and drive financial performance in line with Greystar’s standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day property operations, including staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Develop and monitor the property budget, analyzing financial statements and market data to forecast performance.
• Set rent rates, collect rent and fees, and ensure timely posting of all transactions.
• Maintain compliance with Company policies, Fair Housing, ADA, Fair Credit Reporting Act, and other applicable regulations.
• Coordinate marketing initiatives and resident events to achieve occupancy and revenue targets.
• Prepare regular operational reports for senior leadership.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Management, Real Estate or a related field.
• 4‑6 years of relevant property management or community management experience.
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage budgets in a multifamily environment.
• Strong understanding of Fair Housing, ADA, and other housing regulations.
