Community Manager – Broadstone East End

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Community Manager to oversee day‑to‑day operations of the Broadstone East End property, ensuring financial performance, resident satisfaction, and compliance with all relevant regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage the property budget, set rent rates, collect payments, and prepare monthly financial reports.
• Approve vendor invoices, manage petty cash, and ensure proper insurance documentation.
• Oversee lease enforcement, resident applications, renewals, inspections, evictions, and fee collections.
• Analyze market trends and implement leasing strategies to meet occupancy and revenue goals.
• Maintain resident satisfaction by addressing complaints and service requests promptly.
• Conduct regular property inspections to ensure safety, cleanliness, and aesthetic standards.
• Hire, train, and supervise property staff, including maintenance specialists.
• Maintain owner relationships through regular updates, tours, and responsive communication.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Management, Real Estate, or related field.
• 4‑6 years of property management, sales, marketing, and customer service experience.
• Strong communication, conflict‑resolution, and customer‑service abilities.
• Valid driver’s license and any state‑required real‑estate or property‑management licenses.

Required skills

• Proficiency with property‑management software (Entrata, Yardi, OneSite).
• Strong skills in Internet, word processing, spreadsheet, and database‑management programs.
