About the role
We are seeking a proactive, detail‑oriented Communications Associate to join our on‑site team in an entry‑level capacity. The role focuses on supporting the communications function, engaging diverse audiences, and helping deliver impactful outreach initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in creating, reviewing and distributing internal and external communications.
- Support the production of outreach materials, presentations and promotional content.
- Participate in community engagement and on‑site communications initiatives.
- Help manage social media platforms, including content scheduling and audience interaction.
- Coordinate with colleagues to ensure consistent messaging and timely project delivery.
- Conduct research, monitor trends and contribute to evaluating communication campaign performance.
Required profile
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Eagerness to learn and develop within a communications‑focused role.
- Professional confidence when interacting with diverse audiences.
- Basic knowledge of social media, marketing or communication practices (a plus).
- Reliable, organized and comfortable working on‑site in a collaborative environment.
