About the role

Join a global online university as a Commission-Based Admissions Advisor, helping prospective students navigate their academic journey. You will engage with leads who have already shown interest in the institution and guide them through the enrollment process.

Key responsibilities

• Contact prospective students via phone, WhatsApp, and email.
• Build relationships, understand each student’s goals, and recommend suitable academic paths.
• Guide students through the admissions and enrollment steps.
• Maintain accurate records in the Prospect Management System.
• Achieve weekly activity and enrollment targets.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, cold calling, telesales, customer service, or admissions.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Confidence making outbound calls and handling objections.
• Self‑motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting.
• Reliable computer and internet connection.
