Commercial Services CRM Manager

About the role

We are seeking a CRM Leader and Manager for our North America Commercial Services team. This critical leadership role drives the success of Vault CRM implementations across North America, optimizes service delivery, and contributes to the growth of commercial services.

Key responsibilities

• Own and ensure the success of Vault CRM projects, scaling operations to meet demand while maintaining high customer satisfaction and incorporating lessons learned.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with select enterprise accounts as well as strategic smaller accounts.
• Lead and optimize the organizational structure for the full CRM suite, managing a team of consultants and moving toward a matrixed working model across services.
• Effectively manage and scale the CRM Professional Services team, staffing migration and commercial projects efficiently and shaping hiring and talent development.
• Contribute to scaling the commercial services business and champion new value propositions to keep services strategic.

Required profile

• Proven ability to build and manage customer relationships, escalations, and consultant situations.
• Recognized mentor with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to source, assess, and attract candidates that fit Veeva’s culture.
• 10+ years of experience with consistent advancement and demonstrated growth.
