Commercial Planning Analyst – Revenue Strategy

About the role

The Revenue Management team at Royal Caribbean Group is seeking a Commercial Planning Analyst to support the commercial strategy of Celebrity Cruises. Based in Miami, this full‑time, onsite role focuses on building analytical tools, dashboards, and insights that drive pricing and performance decisions across the cruise portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain analytical tools and reports that inform cruise ticket pricing and performance management.
• Extract, combine, and analyze large, complex datasets using SQL, Databricks, DBeaver and other data platforms.
• Design, build, and enhance Power BI dashboards for cross‑functional stakeholders.
• Deliver regular and ad‑hoc reporting, translating findings into clear insights for senior leadership.
• Create forecasting models for bookings, All‑Included package sales, and other revenue products.
• Prepare concise PowerPoint presentations that communicate analytical results.

• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to work with large data sets.
• Excellent communication skills to convey insights to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Detail‑oriented and capable of maintaining data accuracy across dashboards.
