Commercial Development Manager - Tollhouse Cookie Dough

About the role

The Commercial Development Manager for Tollhouse Cookie Dough will drive sales volume, market‑share growth and trade‑spend performance across assigned categories. You will translate insights into actionable commercial strategies and partner with cross‑functional teams to execute omni‑channel plans.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve sales volume, share growth and trade‑spend targets for the Tollhouse Cookie Dough portfolio.
• Develop insight‑led 4P strategies (Product, Price, Promotion, Placement) in collaboration with Marketing, Sales and Supply Chain.
• Design and refine channel strategies, integrating them into customer plans and innovation pipelines.
• Lead creation and deployment of Commercial Action Plans (CAP) and align sessions to ensure cross‑functional execution.
• Drive omni‑channel activation, maintaining consistency across physical and digital touchpoints.
• Support multi‑year distribution strategy development and governance.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience in sales or marketing.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively in cross‑functional environments.
• Knowledge of core business processes such as sales/distribution, customer planning, financial reporting and quality fundamentals.

Required skills

• Circana/Nielsen data platforms.
• Business Warehouse (BW) reporting.
• Power BI (PBI) reporting.
