Commercial Development Manager – Gerber

About the role

Nestlé’s Gerber brand is seeking a Commercial Development Manager to translate strategic commercial vision into actionable plans that drive category growth and customer partnership within the Nutrition division. The role will activate insight‑led strategies, oversee omni‑channel activation and align cross‑functional priorities to deliver short‑ and mid‑term business impact.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve sales volume, market share and trade‑spend targets for assigned categories.
• Develop and co‑create 4P commercial strategies using consumer and shopper insights.
• Design and refine channel strategies, integrating them with customer plans and innovation pipelines.
• Lead the creation and deployment of Commercial Action Plans and Align Sessions to ensure cross‑functional execution.
• Drive omni‑channel planning and maintain an execution playbook across physical and digital touchpoints.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience in sales or marketing.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Experience with WIC‑approved products, state WIC agencies, or medical marketing is preferred.
• Proven ability to collaborate in cross‑functional environments and evaluate ROI.
