Commercial Cleaning Technician – School Facility

About the role

DNC Facility Services is hiring three reliable cleaning professionals for a school facility in the North DeSoto area. The position offers a consistent Monday‑Friday afternoon schedule with full 8‑hour shifts, providing steady work at the same location with the same team each week.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and maintain classrooms, hallways, restrooms, and common areas throughout the facility.
• Sweep, mop, and vacuum daily, and empty and replace trash liners.
• Thoroughly clean and disinfect restrooms each shift.
• Maintain high‑touch surfaces and common areas to a consistent standard.
• Follow the DNC cleaning system – Top to Bottom, Left to Right – on every shift.

Required profile

• Reliable – shows up on time and completes work each shift.
• Detail‑oriented – notices what others miss and follows through.
• Coachable – open to learning and applying the DNC Standard.
• Trustworthy – conducts oneself professionally in a school environment.
• Prior commercial or school cleaning experience is a plus, but not required.
