Commercial Business Development Executive

About the role

CWF Restoration is a leading force in the restoration industry seeking a seasoned Business Development professional to own and grow commercial property relationships. You will focus on building partnerships with property management companies, facility managers, commercial building owners, asset managers, engineers, and other decision‑makers responsible for protecting commercial properties.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and nurture relationships with property managers, facility directors, building engineers, and ownership groups, positioning CWF Restoration as the first call when disaster strikes.
• Spend four days per week in the field meeting decision‑makers, visiting properties, attending industry events, conducting account reviews, and creating long‑term commercial partnerships.
• Design routes, systems, account plans, and repeatable growth strategies to expand territory and portfolio coverage.

Required profile

• Background in commercial real estate, property management, construction, restoration, insurance, facilities services, or B2B sales.
• Proven ability to build trust quickly, prospect and develop relationships with both individual properties and large management portfolios.
• Comfortable spending the majority of time on the road and creating structured growth processes.

What we offer

• Base salary ranging from $90,000 to $110,000 per year.
• Uncapped commission with total on‑target earnings of $200,000–$300,000+ for top performers.
• Company vehicle and gas provided for local travel.
