About the role
The College Internship Program is designed for junior or senior college students who feel called to church leadership. Interns will worship and serve in a local New York church while receiving relational and spiritual support to deepen their theological understanding, vocational discernment, and love for the church. The experience aims to help participants mature spiritually and explore future ministry paths such as pastoral, administrative, or lay leadership roles.
Key responsibilities
- Worship and serve in the local church community, participating in regular services and ministry activities.
- Engage in vocational discernment and theological study to grow spiritually and clarify future ministry calling.
Required profile
- Currently a junior or senior in college with an interest in church leadership.
- Demonstrated commitment to Christian faith and willingness to serve in a local church setting.
