College Internship – 5 hrs/week, 9‑month program

About the role

The College Internship Program offers qualified junior or senior college students an opportunity to serve in a local church while deepening their spiritual growth and vocational discernment. Interns work part‑time over a nine‑month period, gaining experience in various ministry areas.

Key responsibilities

• Work 5 hours per week for a 9‑month period in a ministry area such as Community Groups, Pastoral Care, Young Professionals, College Ministry, Youth Ministry, Children’s Ministry, Church Administration, or Mission and Evangelism.
• Attend classes and worship services and provide support to the church as needed.
• Participate in regular dinner discussions with church members sharing experiences from various vocations.
• Receive a monthly stipend for the duration of the internship.

• College juniors or seniors who have demonstrated an interest in church leadership.
• Individuals seeking spiritual growth, vocational discernment, and a deeper understanding of Christian theology.
