Collections Supervisor – National Accounts

About the role

The Collections Supervisor – National Accounts leads the day‑to‑day operations of the National Account team at R+L Carriers. This full‑time position is based in Wilmington and focuses on driving timely collections, resolving escalated issues, and supporting the team’s performance.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily activities of the National Account collections team.
• Monitor team performance metrics and report trends.
• Handle escalated collections cases and negotiate resolutions.
• Train and coach team members on best practices.
• Conduct regular team meetings to discuss challenges and successes.
• Interpret data, generate reports, and identify collection trends.

Required profile

• Professional, self‑motivated and energetic with excellent attendance.
• Strong analytical, verbal and written communication abilities.
• Capable of managing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines.

Required skills

• Windows operating system.
• Outlook email client.
• Microsoft Office suite (e.g., Excel, Word).
