About the role

Key responsibilities

• Run stakeholder workshops and interviews to capture critical system and technical specifications.
• Evaluate design alternatives using advanced engineering tools and develop detailed design concepts for components or systems.
• Incorporate testing feedback and user interactions to develop and assess prototypes aligned with project goals.
• Create specialized solution specifications and conduct advanced testing to ensure technical and performance requirements are met.
• Lead prototyping efforts, model design concepts, and synthesize test feedback to refine solutions.
• Manage integration projects, solving complex technical challenges and enhancing system functionality.
• Optimize system performance through targeted tuning, improving efficiency and reliability.
• Facilitate training and knowledge‑transfer sessions to ensure clear understanding of engineering outcomes across teams.
