Club Services Associate

About the role

The Club Services Associate is a high‑visibility, hands‑on position at Homewood Mountain & Lake Club, supporting Member Services, Residential Services, and Outdoor Pursuits. The role blends preparation, execution, and direct guest interaction to ensure every member experience meets the club’s high standards.

Key responsibilities

• Support daily club activations, including setup, execution, and breakdown of programs and events.
• Perform weekly residential checks, stage homes for arrivals, and assist with housekeeping and property readiness.
• Assist with Outdoor Pursuits equipment setup, guide support, and facility maintenance.
• Stage, move, and maintain company and guest vehicles and recreational equipment.
• Identify service gaps, safety concerns, or maintenance needs and communicate them to the Facilities Team.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in hospitality, outdoor recreation, property operations, or a related field preferred.
• Strong work ethic with a hands‑on, team‑first mentality.
• Valid driver’s license in good standing.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
