Clinician Concierge (RN)

About the role

The Clinician Concierge is the trusted guide for every clinician launch at Sevaro, ensuring new neurologists and advanced practice providers are fully oriented, credentialed, and ready to deliver virtual specialty care. This newly created, tech‑savvy position blends clinical expertise with operational leadership to support rapid onboarding across multiple hospital sites.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the dedicated point of contact for each physician and APP from day one, introducing Sevaro’s culture, expectations, and on‑shift experience.
• Train clinicians on the Synapse platform, general shift workflows, and site‑specific stroke and consult processes via live 1:1 and group sessions.
• Assist with credentialing and licensing applications, keeping each step moving efficiently.
• Create and continuously improve training guides, quick‑reference materials, and workflow documentation as processes evolve.
• Act as liaison between clinicians and departmental leads (credentialing, IT, hospital partners) to expedite onboarding and resolve issues.
• Maintain institutional knowledge of each hospital site’s workflows and clinical nuances, ensuring clinicians are ready for site‑specific care.
• Lead remedial or expanded education when quality reviews identify gaps in clinician understanding or adherence.

Required profile

• Active, unrestricted RN license and a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 + years of nursing experience in neurology, neurocritical care, stroke, or the emergency department.
• Experience as a Nurse Liaison or Nurse Informaticist in a virtual health‑tech setting or hospital system.
• Strong technical aptitude, quick to learn new platforms, and comfortable troubleshooting without a script.
• Exceptional communication and a white‑glove service mindset.
• Highly organized, self‑directed, and able to juggle multiple clinicians and sites.
• Willingness to work remotely with occasional early‑morning or evening sessions across time zones and to travel as needed.

Required skills

• Experience with EMR systems such as Epic, Oracle Health, Cerner, or MEDITECH.
• Familiarity with Synapse AI platform or similar virtual care technology.
