Clinical Supervisor – Family Medicine (Full‑Time)

About the role

Revere Health is seeking a Clinical Supervisor to lead the primary‑care team in its Family Medicine practice in St George. The role bridges administration and clinical staff, ensuring high‑quality, patient‑centered care while maintaining efficient operations.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee back‑office and clinical workflows, ensuring compliance with HIPAA and OSHA standards.
• Conduct performance evaluations, train, and coach Medical Assistants (MAs) on clinic policies and Value‑Based Care initiatives.
• Identify and implement process‑improvement projects, monitor clinical documentation, and manage patient flow.
• Serve as the EMR expert, providing hands‑on training for vitals, injections, phlebotomy, EKGs, specimen handling, and rooming procedures.
• Lead weekly huddles, monthly staff meetings, and handle escalated patient complaints.
• Maintain clinical inventory, infection‑control standards, and ensure BLS/CPR certification compliance.

Required profile

• Current Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) certification.
• Prior supervisory experience, such as Lead MA or similar leadership role.
• Strong understanding of primary‑care operations and value‑based care metrics.
