Clinical Services Manager – Urology Clinic

About the role

The Clinical Services Manager will supervise and coordinate daily operations of the Urology Clinic, ensuring high‑quality patient care and efficient clinic business processes. This position serves as a key liaison between clinical staff, administration, and the director to address operational needs.

Key responsibilities

• Identify clinic needs, implement quality‑assurance studies, and analyze patient‑care data to improve service quality.
• Manage budgeting, monitor expenditures, and ensure cost‑effective use of staff, space, and supplies.
• Oversee licensing compliance, develop clinic goals, and conduct annual needs assessments.
• Coordinate staff scheduling, leave time, and maintain adequate staffing levels.
• Lead hiring, orientation, performance appraisals, and provide continuing‑education opportunities within budget constraints.

Required profile

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing.
• Minimum five years of nursing experience, including at least three years in a supervisory role.
• Valid Arkansas Registered Nurse license and current BLS certification (or obtain within 30 days).
• Preferred: Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) degree.
