Clinical Services Manager – Urology Clinic

About the role

The Clinical Services Manager will lead daily operations of the Urology Clinic, ensuring high‑quality patient care and efficient business processes. This position reports to the clinic director and works closely with clinical and administrative staff to meet performance and regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise clinic staff, coordinate patient flow, and manage scheduling of leave time.
• Conduct quality‑assurance studies, generate reports, and implement improvements to patient care.
• Monitor clinic expenditures, compare monthly budgets, and optimize use of staff, space, and supplies.
• Develop and enforce policies, protocols, job descriptions, and performance appraisals.
• Prepare statistical and narrative reports, manage bi‑weekly payroll, and track attendance.
• Lead hiring, orientation, and ongoing education for clinic personnel.

Required profile

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing.
• Minimum five years of nursing experience, including at least three years in a supervisory role.
• Valid Arkansas Registered Nurse license.
• Current BLS certification (or obtain within 30 days of hire).
• Preferred: Master of Science in Nursing (MSN).
