The Clinical Services Manager will lead the IMSL Med Specialties Clinics, overseeing daily clinical operations and ensuring the delivery of high‑quality patient care within the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences system.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise clinical staff and coordinate patient services across specialty clinics.
• Maintain compliance with university policies, state regulations, and accreditation standards.
• Monitor clinic performance metrics and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and patient satisfaction.
• Collaborate with physicians, administrators, and support teams to align clinical services with organizational goals.
