About the role

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of blood bank laboratory staff.
• Maintain compliance with federal, state, and institutional regulations.
• Oversee quality control, specimen processing, and testing procedures.
• Manage inventory of blood products and related supplies.
• Collaborate with clinical teams to support patient care.

Required profile

• Current employee of the University of Arkansas System (including student employees and graduate assistants) who can access Workday for application.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States on the first day of employment.
